The assets is as advertised - nothing fancy into the house but excellent location about the beach. No, the house isn't full of the latest and best furnishings, but experienced plenty of room for our family of four, was clean, and experienced everything we needed. I actually appreciated that there was not loads of decorations/other "stuff" that our two small kids could potentially break or destroy.
